🎹 A Huge Congratulations to MVC’s Jens Otterness! 🎹
On November 23rd, Jens took center stage at Benaroya Hall with the Cascade Youth Symphony Orchestra, delivering a breathtaking performance of Grieg's Piano Concerto in A Minor, Op. 16 (1st Movement).
This incredible opportunity came after months of hard work, as Jens auditioned in June and was named the Concerto Winner. His talent, dedication, and passion for music truly shone through during this unforgettable evening.
We’re incredibly proud of Jens for representing Mount Vernon Christian so brilliantly on such a prestigious stage. Bravo, Jens! 👏

Friday both MVC Kindergarten classes took a field trip across the street to bless the senior residents of Heather Village. The kindergarten students made a Thanksgiving decoration and when a resident answered the door, they were greeted with the gift and caroling from both kindergarten classes. It was a blessing for the students as well as the residents!

Don't forget to RSVP for the ladies' PTF event on Thursday!

What an incredible legacy! Mr. Klunder’s 46 years of dedication to MVC and its grounds is truly inspiring, and the fact that he’s also an alumnus makes it even more special. It’s clear he’s poured his heart into the place. Huge respect for his commitment and hard work over the decades!
